Possum Network is pleased to announce that America's favorite marsupial, the Virginia Opossum has just signed a marketing and promotions contract with Billy Possum™ Brand Hosiery of Canada. The deal for an undisclosed amount of money comes on the tail of similar co-marketing agreements. Thelma Possum of Possum Network - a major player responsible for brokering the deal - appeared happy and satisfied at today's press announcement. Remarked Possum, "We thought the company might leave us all hanging. But as you can see, we think they've come through." Thelma Possum went on to express satisfaction with the company's chosen ditties: "A Treat for Everyone," and "We Put the EE's in Feet!" Billy Possum Brand Hosiery is expected to appear on store shelves shortly after the first of the year.

The Opossum is wanted near and far for its celebrity endorsements of the products of popular culture. The pressure to endorse is intense and often resented by the opossum. Here we see an opossum who has reluctantly agreed to endorse a popular soft drink. As is well known, however, the possums beverage tastes are much more varied.

As it turned out it created was part of a photo shoot for three cards for this company, all jumbled up together in a series known as "ANIMALLOYS" - An Un-Natural Natural Series The Opossums dismay and confusion is evident.
