The complete Possum Network is just too large for the Internet. But here's a map of the
site and some directions to help you get around:
(By the way, if you've come here looking for help with an orphaned opossum, or are simply wondering
about opossum care, we've got some suggestions.)
Site Map
You can toddle around the site using the assorted buttons and links.
 |
The big buttons move you around the site. The four main buttons are for
big divisions:
 | culture (music, art, food and the like) |
 | society (politics, and the like) |
 | scholarship (a FAQ, and finding your own facts) |
 | network maintenance (finding your way around this site, and joining us here at Possum
Network!) |
Buttons show you topics that are part of a larger topic. So, one of the buttons on the
Possum Politics page reads "Political Party." It looks at the involvement
of other animals in politics: Republican Elephants and Democratic Donkeys.
The buttons change color sometimes. |

You can always get back to the Possum Network home page by clicking the
little fellow with the flag. Click Contact Us to mail Freddie Possum
and the rest of the gang a letter.
Click PaperMatch to start collecting bits of the past that interest
you most. You'll be linked to PaperMatch.com.

Think of these two buttons as linking you to Close Relations, say Brother
and Sister. So, if you're looking at one piece of possum music, say Possum &
Taters, the button
might be another piece of possum music, say Dat Possum Rag. Clicking on would get you to a third piece
of music, say When the Parson Makes Miss Mandy Johnson Mine. It's all music so
it's all at the same level within Possum Network. You can just step (maybe
two-step) your way through it. |
 |
Think of this Up arrowed button as Parents. Mamma. Well, OK,
Daddy also. So if you're looking at Culinary Cuisine the Mamma might be Culture.
Because Food is just one of the offspring of culture isn't it? It's just one part of
culture. If you're looking at Opossum Search, the parent might be Scholarship.
Because searching for your own information about opossums is just part of opossum
scholarship, isn't it? |

Lost? Well, places worth their salt are usually like that. You look in the dictionary
for one word, it takes you to another, then another, then another. And pretty soon you're
back where you started. You may be lost but you've found out a lot in the process.
